To ensure that your DP password is strong enough, you have to follow the followings in setting your new DP password. The password should: * consist of six to eight characters with alphabets and at least two numbers; * not be similar to your personal information, including DP logon name, name, HKID, post, date of birth and phone number; * have at least three characters different from the old password; and * not be used in the past 180 days. If your new password does not fulfil the above standards, you will get an error message and have to re-enter another password that fulfils the standard. Contact your FITSO if you have any problems related to your password or your DP account. |
