Officers meet media representatives
Police Public Relations Branch held the first sharing session for frontline officers and media representatives at Police Headquarters on October 31. The two-hour session provided a platform for both parties to share experiences and understand better each other's job.
At the session, 25 officers met three media representatives: Secretary of Hong Kong Journalists Association, Ms Phyllis Tsang; Chairman of Hong Kong Press Photographers Association, Mr Jo Lam; and Assignment Co-ordinator of i-Cable News, Mr Anthony Leung. Both parties had a useful exchange of views and agreed that it was necessary for them to build trust through communication and co-operate with mutual understanding.
