CAPO officers have fruitful exchanges in
Jiangxi
At the invitation of the Jiangxi Province Public Security Bureau (PSB), officers of Complaints Against Police Office (CAPO) attended an experience and knowledge-sharing seminar on "Supervision of Police Enforcement" at the PSB Headquarters on November 3 and 4.
The seminar attracted PSB officers at different ranks. At the same time, it was broadcast live to over 100 cities in the whole province, watched by thousands of other PSB officers.
The seminar served three objectives: researching on the way to improve service quality through discussion on "Supervision of Police Enforcement"; understanding ever changing public expectations through real case study, in a bid to adapt to a fast changing society; and discussing the strategies to improve the quality of police officers and to promote the sustainable development of organisations.
During the three-hour seminar, CAPO and Jiangxi PSB officers had constructive discussions and fruitful exchanges of ideas.
The Jiangxi Province PSB highly valued this knowledge-sharing event. Their Head, Ms Shu Xiaoqin, met with CAPO officers following the event and shared her views on the same topic.
Both CAPO and Jiangxi PSB officers greatly benefited from this valuable learning opportunity. They share a common philosophy - pursuit of excellence.
