Promotion and commendation
Commissioner Tsang Wai-hung presented letters to 10 officers on November 23, confirming their promotions to Senior Superintendent (SSP) and Superintendent (SP). Mr Tsang also presented CP's Commendation to eight officers.
Messrs Choy Yuk-kwong and Chan Sung-shing have been promoted to SSP, while Messrs Wan Siu-hung, David Shephard, Stephen Mack, Fung Wai-ming, Lam Wing-shing, and Chow Tak-choi, as well as Ms Fung Siu-lan and Ms Chiu Wing-lan, to SP.
Receiving CP's Commendation were SP Chan Lok-wing, Chan Siu-kei and Cheng Fuk-chuen, Chief Inspectors Lau Chi-ming and Leung Ka-wai, Senior Inspector Lam Chi-yuen, Sergeant Yeung Yiu-san and Senior Police Constable Ng Kwok-kei.
