NTS RC inspects Road Safety Patrol
New Territories South (NTS) Regional Commander Yu Mun-sang officiated at the Annual Inspection Parade of the Road Safety Patrol of NTS on February 19 at Sha Tsui Road Sport Ground, Tsuen Wan. Taking part in the parade were a total of 28 teams from secondary and primary schools and kindergartens.
Addressing the parade, Mr Yu pointed out that traffic accidents causing deaths and leading to serious injuries in NTS dropped significantly last year. He thanked the Road Safety Patrol of NTS for contributing to promotion of road safety. Noting that promoting road safety remained one of the Commissioner's Operational Priorities, he hoped the Road Safety Patrol of NTS would remember the pledge they made to society and co-operate with the Force in achieving the vision of "Zero Accidents on the Road, Hong Kong's Goal".
