Promotion and commendation
Chief Superintendent Li Kin-fai, who is attending a Royal College of Defence Studies course in the UK, has been promoted to Assistant Commissioner with effect from March 23. Meanwhile on March 22, Mr Tsang presented a letter to Mr Tang Ping-keung, confirming his promotion to Chief Superintendent with effect from March 23.
Mr Tsang also presented Commissioner's Commendation to Station Sergeant Leung Kwok-yin and Police Constables Yuen Chi-hang and Luk Tat-him for their outstanding performances in neutralising an active triad gang in Kowloon West, resulting in successful prosecution of its core members.
