Come and have fun at PHM Carnival |

To further encourage Force members to maintain physical fitness and lead a balanced and healthy lifestyle, Personnel Services and Staff Relations Branch has mobilised various resources to stage the Physical Fitness and Health Management (PHM) Carnival at Police Sports and Recreation Club on May 27 from 10 am to 5 pm. More than 40 game booths set up by Police Sports and Arts Clubs will provide a variety of fun to participants. The event will also feature performances by Police Pop Music Club, Police Guitar Folk Song Club, Police Harmonica Club with Police Children's Choir, Police Chinese Culture Club, Police Choir, Police Chinese Wushu Club, Police Taekwondo Club and Police Karate-do Club. Three competitions - Physical Fitness Challenge, Indoor Rowing Competition, and a 3-on-3 Basketball Challenge will be held. Information desks will provide tips on financial management and psychological wellbeing. At the health counters, specialists will provide free health consultations, body massage and acupuncture treatment to help smokers quit smoking. Moreover, a professional physiotherapist will teach participants stretching exercises with resistance band to help strengthen specific muscles. The PHM Carnival is open to all Force members and their families. All programmes are free and don't miss an opportunity of lots of fun. ![]() |
