The 40 winners of the "Hang Seng Bank - Help the Police Fight Youth Crime Competition 2012", chosen from primary group, junior group, senior group, tertiary group and non-government organisation (youth service) group, attended a "Know Your Police" Programme on July 18 and 19.

During the two-day programme, the winners visited Police College, Crime Prevention Bureau, Police Dog Unit, Airport District, Enforcement & Control Division of Traffic Hong Kong Island, and Happy Valley Division. Through direct interactions with police officers, the winners understood police work better and had their awareness of fighting crimes heightened.

Late this month, 21 winners will leave for Canada as Fight Crime Ambassadors to visit the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Vancouver Police Department and meet Canadian youths to share fight-crime experiences and promote cultural exchanges.
