Dear Sirs,

On the morning of 19 July 2012, our family member passed away at home, and police officers were sent to our home. Our family was traumatised by the incident, but policemen number 12561 and 34304 showed care and comfort to our family. They explained in detail and guided us through the procedure that we needed to take. I especially offer my sincere thanks to the police officer 34304 who took extra care of my elderly mother, and accompanied her to hospital. I am very grateful for the extra steps they have taken, because I know they are not only doing their job, but also have a great passion for their job. I am proud to have policemen like them to serve Hong Kong. I hope they would keep up the good job.
