Three promoted SPCO
Senior Superintendent Ko Kim-fung of Information Systems Wing Business Services Bureau presented letters to Mr Chan Ho-kai, Mr Chung Shek-por and Ms Wu Shuk-kwan on August 10, confirming their promotion to Senior Police Communications Officer (SPCO).
