WDIST promotes Integrity Management with essay

Officers of Western District's (WDIST) Investigation Team 2 have captured the gold award of the District's Integrity Management Essay Competition with an entry titled "About Integrity". Sergeant So Kwok-leung of Western Division's Task Force won the silver award with an article on "The Integrity of a Policeman", while Aberdeen Division's Miscellaneous Enquiries Sub-unit Commander, Inspector Dafydd Angus, took the bronze award with "Integrity for You and Me". In addition, Woman Police Constable Yam Ka-bo of Aberdeen Division Task Force and officers of Stanley Sub-division's Miscellaneous Enquiries Sub-unit have won a merit prize. The Working Group of the Western District Integrity Management Committee organised the essay competition to promote the message of Integrity Management and nurtured a culture of integrity among officers. The competition met with great support from officers of various units, who entered a total of 22 articles. The articles included not only writings in verse and prose, but also English poems and entries in buzzwords, demonstrating the authors' creativity and successfully promoting the message and culture of Integrity Management.
