JPC pushes crime fighting in Mid-Autumn Festival |

The Tai Po District
Junior Police Call (TPDIST JPC) staged the annual Fight Crime
Mid-Autumn Lantern Carnival on September 28, attracting over 200
participants, including TPDIST Commander Paul Stripp, Chairman of JPC
Honorary President Council, Dr Tang Lung, secondary school principals,
teachers, parents and JPC members. For the first time, the carnival featured an Anti-drug cum Fight Crime Mooncake-making Challenge in the JPC clubhouse for JPC members to showcase their imagination and creativity in combining mooncake-making and drugs and crimes fighting. Mr Stripp and the Honorary Presidents of TPDIST JPC picked the winners from many entries. Finally, the TPDIST JPC Council presented a drama to disseminate the messages of fighting drugs and crimes, earning loud applaud from the guests and JPC members. |
