WCHDIST officers complimented
In mid-September, community leaders in Wan Chai called at Wan Chai Police Station and presented thank you banners to officers of Wan Chai Division's Task Force for cracking several crime cases, including uttering forged credit cards, street deception, burglary and wounding.
Wan Chai District (WCHDIST) took the opportunity of the banner presentation to thank the public for helping the police fight crime when District Commander Lam Man-sai presented a banner to a citizen, Mr Ho Ka-keung, who is the manager of a shop in Wan Chai. Mr Ho had provided timely information to the Task Force, resulting in the detection of three cases of uttering and possessing forged credit cards. Mr Ho's assistance underscores the co-operation in fighting crimes between the community and police.
