Tai Po District presented with banners
The Chairman of the North District Council, Mr So Sai-chi (fifth left), and North District Councillor, Mr Lam Wai-leung (fourth right), called at Tai Po Police Station on October 31 and presented banners to Tai Po District Commander Paul Stripp, Assistant District Commander (Crime) Kerry Carew and crime squad 3 in appreciation for cracking a rape case that happened in Sheung Shui in September this year and apprehended a suspect.
