| The Chairman of the
Owners Corporation (OC) of the King Lam Estate in Tseung Kwan O and OC
representatives called at Kwun Tong Police Station on December 28 and
presented banners to officers of Kwun Tong District (KTDIST) for
arresting 12 men during a disturbance that broke out at the Annual
General Meeting of OC last year. The men were later charged with
unlawful assembly at the meeting. Receiving the banners were officers of District Anti-triad Squad, Patrol Sub-unit 4 and Police Community Relations Office of KTDIST as well as the Task Force Sub-unit of Tseung Kwan O Division.
