NTN RC inspects Road Safety Patrol
New Territories North Regional Commander (NTN RC) So Kam-sing inspected the Annual Parade of the Hong Kong Road Safety Patrol (New Territories North Region) at Police Tactical Unit Headquarters in Fanning on March 3. Taking part in the parade were 500 Road Safety Patrol members from 21 primary and secondary school teams and two elderly teams.
Speaking at the parade, Mr So praised road safety patrols for their high morale, esprit de corps and discipline. Noting road safety is one of the key items of the Commissioner's Operational Priorities 2013, he stressed that police would continue to promote road safety with a multi-agency approach and work closely with other stakeholders to achieve the goal of "Zero Accidents on the Road, Hong Kong's Goal".
