Force volleyball team captures Chan Hei Cup
The Chan Hei Cup, an annual invitation competition for local universities, was held at Police Sports and Recreation Club on March 31 when volleyball teams from Lingnan University, Hong Kong Shue Yan University, Hong Kong Institute of Education and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology vied for the cup with two teams from the Force.
After rounds of exciting matches, Police Team A edged out Hong Kong Institute of Education team in the final and captured the cup. Lingnan University and Police Team B took the places of 2nd and 3rd runners up respectively. Police Volleyball Club Vice-president, Mr Chan Hei, presented trophies to the winners.
The Police Volleyball Team practises every Thursday from 7 to 10 pm at Police Sports and Recreation Club.
