Commissioner Tsang Wai-hung presented letters to 12 officers on May 10, confirming their promotions to Assistant Commissioner (ACP), Chief Superintendent (CSP) and Senior Superintendent (SSP). Mr Tsang also presented CP's Commendation to three officers.

Mr Cheung Kwai-kee has been promoted to ACP while Mr Li Chi-hang to CSP. Promoted to SSP are Messrs Richard Skinner, Chu Hon-keung, Ma Kam-po, Chan Wing-on, Chan Lok-wing, Rupert Dover, Ho Kai-hin and Ho Wai-hong, as well as Ms Kwan Chui-ching and Ms Mak Wai-man.

Mr Ma Ping-yiu, who was promoted to SSP on the same occasion, is on overseas duty on the day of the letter presentation.

Receiving CP's Commendation were SP Lau Tat-keung, Sergeant Yeung Chi-wang and Police Constable Chan Chi-chung.
