Kowloon City Fight Crime Committee (DFCC) Chairman, Mr Peter Pang, and Kowloon City District Officer, Mr William Tsui, have presented letters of commendation to officers of the Kowloon City District (KCDIST) Crime Squad 1 for cracking two cases of indecent assault.
