Kwun Tong District Councillor, Mr Yip Hing-kwok, called at Ngau Tau Kok Police Station on July 3 and presented banners to officers of Sau Mau Ping Police Community Relations Office and the Anti-crime Team of the division in appreciation of their effort in apprehending a man for damaging and defacing publicity boards on Ngau Tau Kok Road.
