Thai Water Festival Parade will be held in Kowloon City from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on 8 April 2018 (Sunday). The parade will start at Tak Ku Ling Road Rest Garden, then heading to Tak Ku Ling Road (North Bound), Carpenter Road (West Bound), South Wall Road (South Bound), Prince Edward Road West (West Bound),Lung Kong Road (North Bound), Carpenter Road (East Bound) ,South Wall Road (South Bound), Nga Tsin Wai Road (East Bound), Tak Ku Ling Road (South Bound) and finishing at Tak Ku Ling Road Rest Garden.
During the parade, the section of South Wall Road between Carpenter Road and Nga Tsin Wai Road will be temporary close to all traffic. The other traffic lanes of above sections will be temporary closed. For the actual implementation of the traffic control arrangements made by police, it will depend on the conditions in the areas.
