Hong Kong Flower Show 2026 –
“NS Express – Victoria Park Station”

To echo the National Security Education Day on April 15 and the white paper titled "Hong Kong: Safeguarding China's National Security Under the Framework of One Country, Two Systems", National Security Department of the Hong Kong Police Force will set up a booth featuring “National Security Express – Victoria Park Station” at the Hong Kong Flower Show 2026, deepening public understanding of the Constitution, the Basic Law, the National Security Law and the holistic approach to national security.

The booth will offer NS-related information and NSmart NS Quiz. NS terrarium DIY workshops will be held during weekends.

2. NS Terrarium DIY Workshop

   (First come, first served)

   Date	:	2026-03-21, 22, 28, and 29 (Saturdays and Sundays)
   Time	:	1. 10 am - 12 noon 2. 1 pm - 3 pm 3. 4 pm - 6 pm
   Venue	:	Booth “Hong Kong Police Force”, Central Lawn, Victoria Park

In addition, a floral display with the theme “the Little Grape on NS Express” will be arranged by Police Handicraft Club, with the support from PR Wing, inside the floral marquee (besides the central lawn) between 2026-03-24 (Tuesday) and 2026-03-29 (Sunday).
