Appeal for information on serious traffic accident in Kwun Tong

Police appealed to members of the public to provide information on a serious traffic accident in which a 29-year-old man was seriously injured in Kwun Tong early this (February 26) morning.

Shortly before 3.35 am, a motorcycle driven by a 29-year-old man was travelling along the inner lane of Kwun Tong Bypass towards Yau Tong. While making a right turn near Lei On Court, it reportedly lost control and rammed an embankment.

Sustaining serious head injuries, the man was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for medical treatment.

Investigations by the Accident Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon East are proceeding.
