Appeal for information on abandoned child (with photo)

Police are anxious to locate the next-of-kin of a child who was found abandoned in Tsing Yi today (October 31).

At about 2.30 am, a 26-year-old male passer-by found a girl aged about one to two months being abandoned at Tsing Yi Ferry Terminus, in Fung Shue Wo Road, Tsing Yi. A report was then made to the Police.

Standing about 51 centimetres tall, the girl was wearing blue floral pattern long baby clothes and was wrapped by a white and blue floral pattern towel.

Police urge the relatives of the child or anyone who has information to offer to contact the investigating officers at 2410 2254 or 24313600.
