Appeal for information on missing man (with photo)

Police today (April 4) appealed to members of the public for information on the whereabouts of a man who went missing earlier this month.

The missing man Lau Chun-pui, aged 83, left his residence in Yu Kwong Chuen in Aberdeen on April 1 and has gone missing since then. Police received report from his family member on the same day.

Standing about 1.6 metres and weighed about 54.5 kilograms, the missing man is of thin built. He has a point face with yellow complexion and is bald with short grey hair on both sides. He was last seen wearing a short-sleeved beige stripped-shirt, a pair of light blue jeans, a pair of black cotton shoes and a beige cap.

He has a tattoo on left forearm and was wearing a green colour jade on waist, a black colour bracelet on hand.

Police urge anyone who has information on the whereabouts of the missing man to contact investigating officers of Regional Missing Person Unit, Hong Kong Island on 2860 1041 or any police station.
