Appeal for information on missing man (with photo)

Police today (April 11) appealed to members of the public for information on the whereabouts of a man who went missing in Wong Tai Sin last month.

Chan Chun-yin, aged 17, left his home in Choi Hung Estate on March 30 and has failed to return home since then. His mother made a report to Police the next day.

Standing about 1.78 metres and weighing about 59 kilograms, he is of thin build. He has a square face, small eyes and pale complexion with short straight black hair.

Chan was last seen wearing a black short-sleeved T-shirt, shorts in blue and black colour and a pair of grey slippers. Initial enquiries revealed that he liked to frequent Wong Tai Sin, San Po Kong, Kawi Shing and Chai Wan.

Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of the missing man is urged to contact the Regional Missing Person Unit of Kowloon East at 2703 2321 or 2703 2335.
