Police appeal for witnesses to Sham Shui Po traffic accident

Police are appealing for witnesses to a traffic accident in Sham Shui Po on October 16 in which an 80-year-old woman was injured.

Shortly before 10pm on October 16, a light goods vehicle driven by a 37-year-old man was parking in Kweiling Street near junction of Ki Lung Street, when it was moving forward, it rolled over the 80-year-old woman.

The woman sustained serious head injuries, and she was rushed to Princess Margaret Hospital. She is now in critical condition.

Investigations by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon West are continuing.
