Special traffic arrangements for marathon ***************************************** Police will implement special traffic arrangements along the routes in West Kowloon, New Territories South and on Hong Kong Island to facilitate the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon to be held on this Sunday (February 17). Runners will join three races, namely a 10-kilometre run, a half-marathon and a marathon. The runners of the half-marathon and a marathon will start in Tsim Sha Tsui, pass through Western Harbour Crossing and end at the Victoria Park in Causeway Bay. The races will start at 7am and will last for about five hours. Meanwhile, the 10-kilometre run will take place on Hong Kong Island starting from 5.15 am onwards. The runners will start from eastbound Island Eastern Corridor (IEC) near City Garden, run along IEC and end at the Victoria Park in Causeway Bay. The arrangements are as follows: Kowloon West ------------ (A) Road closures and diversions: Traffic arrangements in Kowloon will be implemented in phases as follows: Phase I - Closure of Southbound West Kowloon Highway and Western Harbour Crossing at 1am. At 1am, the four access roads to the West Kowloon Highway from Kowloon West region will be closed. Vehicles wishing to go to Hong Kong Island will be required to use the Cross Harbour Tunnel at Hung Hom. The road closures are as follows: 1. The slip road leading to the Western Harbour Crossing will be closed at its junction with northbound Lin Cheung Road. All traffic will be diverted into northbound Lin Cheung Road. 2. Lin Cheung Road southbound will be closed near the slip road to Tsim Sha Tsui. All traffic will be diverted into the slip road to Tsim Sha Tsui. 3. A slip road linking Hoi Wang Road and West Kowloon Expressway will be closed at its junction with Hoi Wang Road. Traffic from westbound Ngo Cheung Road will either turn left or right onto Hoi Wang Road. 4. The bus lane entrance of Jordan Road to the Western Harbour Crossing bus terminus will be closed. Phase II - Road closures will be implemented at 2.30am A section of Nathan Road between Kimberley Road and Salisbury Road will be closed to allow the race organisers to set up their equipment at 2.30am. The following road closures will also be implemented: 1. A section of southbound Nathan Road between Kimberley Road and Middle Road will be closed. Southbound traffic will turn left at Kimberley Road. 2. A section of northbound Nathan Road between Salisbury Road and Bowring Street will be closed. Vehicles travelling on Salisbury Road will not be allowed to enter northbound Nathan Road. 3. A section of Granville Road between Carnarvon Road and Nathan Road will be closed. Vehicles travelling on northbound Carnarvon Road will not be allowed to turn left into Granville Road. 4. Vehicles travelling on Haiphong Road will not be allowed to enter Nathan Road. All vehicles must turn right into Lock Road. 5. A section of Carnavon Road between Nathan Road and Bristol Avenue will be closed. Phase III - Road closures will be implemented at 5am: A section of southbound Kowloon Park Drive between Canton Road and Salisbury Road will be closed to facilitate the setting up of baggage deposit area and mounting the spotlights at southbound Kowloon Park Drive. All traffic will be diverted via southbound Canton Road to Salisbury Road. Phase IIIA - Road closures will be implemented when situation warrants: The following road closures and traffic diversions will be implemented if situation warrants: 1. A section of eastbound Haiphong Road between Canton Road and Nathan Road will be closed. Traffic along Canton Road is not allowed to turn into eastbound Haiphong Road. 2. A section of Peking Road between Kowloon Park Drive and Nathan Road will be closed. Traffic along northbound Kowloon Park Drive is not allowed to turn right onto Peking Road. 3. All franchised buses terminus, bus stops and Green Mini bus stops within Hankow Road and Middle Road area will be suspended. Phase IV - Road closures and traffic diversions will be implemented at 6.30am 1. Southbound Lin Cheung Road near its junction with Lai Cheung Road to roundabout of Austin Road West will be closed. All traffic will be diverted into Yau Ma Tei via Lai Cheung Road. 2. A slip road leading to Jordan and Tsim Sha Tsui will be closed. All traffic will be diverted into Yau Ma Tei. 3. A section of northbound Lin Cheung Road between roundabout of Austin Road West and a slip road leading to the Western Harbour Crossing will be closed. Traffic at the junction of Lin Cheung Road and roundabout of Austin Road West will be held until the roads are re-opened. 4. A section of eastbound Jordan Road elevated road between the slip road leading from northbound West Kowloon Highway and Lin Cheung Road will be closed. Traffic on the slip road northbound is not allowed to turn right onto eastbound Jordan Road. 5. Traffic travelling along eastbound Jordan Road from the Kowloon Station will be diverted to Hoi Po Road via Nga Cheung Road, eastbound Austin Road West, roundabout of Austin Road West, westbound Austin Road West, Nga Cheung Road Elevated Road. 6. A section of southbound Canton Road between Jordan Road and Austin Road will be closed. Traffic along southbound Ferry Street will be diverted into eastbound Jordan Road. Traffic along westbound Jordan Road will be diverted into northbound Ferry Street. 7. Westbound Jordan Road will be restricted to franchised buses only. 8. A section of northbound Canton Road between Austin Road and Wui Cheung Road will be closed. Traffic along northbound Canton Road will be held at the junction of Austin Road. Vehicles are not allowed to proceed until the closed roads are re-opened. 9. A section of Shanghai Street between Jordan Road and Austin Road will be closed. Traffic along southbound Shanghai Street will turn either left or right into Jordan Road and will not be allowed to enter Austin Road until the closed roads are re-opened. 10. A section of Temple Street between Austin Road and Bowring Street will be closed until the closed roads are re-opened. 11. A section of Woosung Street between Bowring Street and Austin Road will be closed. Traffic on Woosung Street will turn left and right to Bowring Street. Traffic will not be allowed to enter Austin Road until all closed roads are re-opened. 12, A section of Bowring Street between Temple Street and Canton Road will be closed. 13. Kwun Chung Street, Min Street and Scout Lane will be closed. 14. A section of Parkes Street and Pilkem Street between Bowring Street and Austin Road will be closed. 15. A section of southbound Nathan Road between Jordan Road and Middle Road will be closed. Traffic along southbound Nathan Road will be diverted into Jordan Road. 16. A section of Austin Road between Canton Road and Cox's Road will be closed. Traffic along westbound Austin Road will be diverted into northbound Cox's Road and traffic along southbound Cox's Road will be diverted into eastbound Austin Road. 17. Pine Tree Hill Road and Hillwood Road will be closed. Traffic on Hillwood Road will not be allowed to enter Nathan Road until all closed roads are re-opened. 18. Northbound Kowloon Park Drive elevated section towards northbound Canton Road will be closed. Traffic along northbound Kowloon Park Drive will be diverted into underneath slip road of Kowloon Park Drive. Phase V - Re-opening of the roads When all runners have entered the West Kowloon Highway and all equipment along the route has been safely removed, all road closures and diversions in Phase II to Phase IV will be lifted. However, all road closures and diversions in Phase I will remain in force. 1. Lin Cheung Road, Wui Cheung Road, Canton Road, Kowloon Park Drive Flyover and Austin Road will be re-opened first. 2. Following this, Nathan Road will be re-opened as far as Kimberly Road. Once the equipment at the starting point has been removed, southbound and northbound Nathan Road and Haiphong Road will be re-opened. 3. All other roads will then be re-opened. While the equipment has been cleared and the last runner has entered Western Harbour Crossing, the southbound West Kowloon Highway will be reopened up to the slip road to Lin Cheung Road. Traffic will be diverted into southbound Lin Cheung Road. Upon the last runner has passed through the Western Harbour Crossing, the section of West Kowloon Highway between Lin Cheung Road and toll booths as well as Western Harbour Crossing will be reopened to traffic. (B) Emergency Access Routes: Both directions of Salisbury Road and southbound Canton Road will be used as the access route for emergency vehicles during the period of road closure. (C) Hotel Access: Vehicular access to and from hotels within the affected area during the Phase III and IIIA road closures will be allowed to enter the closed area at Canton Road junction with Haiphong Road while vehicular access to and from hotels within the affected area will not be allowed during the Phase IV road closures. (D) Car park access: Car parks may remain open during the event however the access may be restricted during the Phase IV road closures. (E) On-street Parking: On-street parking except metered parking spaces at Kimberley Road will not be suspended. As certain roads will be closed for the race, vehicles parked there will be prohibited to move or enter the race route. All vehicles parked in a way causing obstruction will be towed away. (F) Closures at Airport Express Kowloon Station: When the phase IV road closures are implemented, access to the Kowloon Station will only be possible via Nga Cheung Road leading from westbound Austin Road West and southbound Lin Cheung Road. Vehicles leaving the Kowloon Station during Phase IV will be diverted to use Nga Cheung Road, eastbound Austin Road West, Nga Cheung Road Elevated Road and Hoi Po Road until the roads are re-opened. (G) Closures at China Hong Kong Terminal: During the phase IV road closure, access to China Hong Kong Terminal will only be possible via westbound Salisbury Road and northbound Kowloon Park Drive. Vehicles leaving China Hong Kong Terminal during Phase IV will be diverted to use northbound Canton Road, westbound Austin Road West, Nga Cheung Road Elevated Road and Hoi Po Road. New Territories South --------------------- (A) Road closures: The following road closures will be implemented from the specific period until 2pm on February 17 or when it is safe to re-open the roads to normal vehicular traffic. Phase I - Will be implemented from 0.01am on February 17: 1. Kowloon-bound carriageway of Tsing Ma Bridge will be completely closed and all traffic from North Lantau Highway will be diverted to use the lower deck. Resident vehicles from Ma Wan Park Island will be allowed to "U-turn" and use the Kowloon-bound carriageway of Tsing Ma Bridge to access the lower deck; 2. One lane of southbound Tai Lam Tunnel will remain open. All traffic will be diverted to Kowloon-bound Tuen Mun Road;¡@and 3. The slip road from Kowloon-bound Tuen Mun Road leading to Ting Kau Bridge will be closed. Phase II - Will be implemented from 0.30am on February 17: 1. The slip road from Tsing Ma Bridge leading to Kowloon-bound Tsing Yi North Coastal Road will be closed; 2. The slip road from Tsing Yi North Coastal Road leading to Kowloon-bound Cheung Tsing Highway will be closed; 3. The slip road from Kwai Tsing Road leading to Kowloon-bound Tsing Kwai Highway will be closed; 4. The slip road from Kwai Chung Road leading to Kowloon-bound Tsing Kwai Highway will be closed; 5. The slip road from Kwai Chung Road and Tsuen Wan Road leading to Kowloon-bound Tsing Kwai Highway will be closed; and 6. The Mei Foo Interchange towards Kowloon will be closed, except that traffic leaving the Container Terminal via Roundabout No.6, Container Terminal 2 and the Mei Foo Interchange to access Tsing Kwai Highway heading New Territories. Roundabout No.6 to Container Terminal 2 will be reduced to one lane. Hong Kong Island ---------------- Half Marathon and Full Marathon (A) Road Closures: Depending on the exact finishing time or when situation warrants, the following road closures will be implemented: Phase I - From 1am to about 2pm: 1. The Hong Kong bound Western Harbour Crossing Tunnel. Phase II - From 3am to about 2pm depending on the exact finishing time or when situation warrants: 1. A section of eastbound Connaught Road West Flyover between Shing Sai Road and Rumsey Street Flyover; 2. The eastbound Rumsey Street Flyover; 3. The first and second right traffic lanes of eastbound Connaught Road Central between Rumsey Street Flyover exit and Pedder Street underpass entrance; 4. The eastbound Pedder Street underpass; 5. The first and second right traffic lanes of eastbound Connaught Road Central between the exit of Pedder Street underpass and Harcourt Road Flyover; and 6. The eastbound Harcourt Road Flyover. Phase III - From 7am to about 2pm: 1. A section of eastbound Harcourt Road between Cotton Tree Drive interchange and Performing Arts Avenue; 2. The 'U' turn loop underneath Harcourt Road Flyover from westbound to eastbound; 3. A section of northbound Cotton Tree Drive between Lambeth Walk and Harcourt Road; 4. The left lane of Garden Road Flyover; 5. The southbound Tim Wa Avenue; 6. A section of Lung Wui Road between Tim Wa Avenue and Fenwick Pier Street; 7. Tim Mei Avenue; 8. Performing Arts Avenue; 9. Lung King Street; 10. The eastbound Fenwick Pier Street; 11. A section of Convention Avenue between Fleming Road and Tonnochy Road; 12. A section of Hung Hing Road between Marsh Road and Tonnochy Road; 13. A section of Tonnochy Road between Hung Hing Road and Harbour Road; 14. A section of southbound Canal Road East between Lockhart Road and Jaffe Road; 5. A section of southbound Marsh Road between Lockhart Road and Jaffe Road; 6. East Point Road; 7. Great George Street; 8. The outer lane of westbound Gloucester Road between Arsenal Street and Harcourt Road; 9. The outer lane of westbound Harcourt Road; 10. The outer lane of westbound Connaught Road Central; 11. The outer lane of westbound Pedder Street Underpass; 12. The outer lane of westbound Rumsey Street Flyover; and 13. The outer lane of westbound Connaught Road West between Des Voeux Road West and the entrance of Western Harbour Tunnel. (B) Traffic Diversion: Depending on the exact finishing time or when situation warrants, the following traffic diversion will be implemented: Phase I - From 3am to about 2pm: 1. Vehicles on northbound Hill Road Flyover will be diverted to eastbound Connaught Road West ground level; 2. Vehicles on eastbound Shing Sai Road will be diverted to eastbound Connaught Road West; and 3. Vehicles on westbound Fenwick Pier Street will be diverted to Fenwick Pier Street Flyover. Phase II - From 7am to about 2pm: 1. Vehicles on eastbound Harcourt Road will be diverted to Queensway via Cotton Tree Drive interchange; 2. Vehicles on Garden Road Flyover will be prohibited from turning left onto northbound Cotton Tree Drive; 3. Vehicles on northbound Cotton Tree Drive will be diverted to Lambeth Walk; 4. Vehicles on westbound Harcourt Road will be prohibited from making 'U' turn onto eastbound Harcourt Road; 5. Vehicles on northbound Fleming Road will be prohibited from turning right onto eastbound Convention Avenue and diverted to southbound Fleming Road or westbound Convention Avenue; 6. Vehicles on Tonnochy Road Flyover northbound will be diverted to turn left onto westbound Harbour Road; 7. Vehicles on southbound Fleming Road will be prohibited to turn left onto eastbound Harbour Road; 8. Vehicles on eastbound Harbour Road will be diverted to turn left onto northbound Fleming Road; 9. Vehicles exiting from carparks along eastbound Harbour Road will be diverted to turn right onto westbound Harbour Road; and 10. Vehicles on northbound Harbour Drive will be diverted to turn left onto westbound Harbour Road. Phase III - From 7.30am to about 2pm: 1. Vehicles on northbound Marsh Road will be diverted to Gloucester Road service road or 'U' turn onto southbound Marsh Road for Jaffe Road; 2. Vehicles along Gloucester Road service road will be prohibited from turning left onto southbound Percival Street; 3. A section of Jaffe Road between Percival Street and Cannon Street will be re-routed from one-way westbound to one-way eastbound; and 4. Vehicles on eastbound Jaffe Road will be diverted to northbound Percival Street (except Green Mini Buses). (C) Lifting of Pedestrian Precinct: The Chater Road Pedestrian Precinct will be re-opened to traffic during the road closure and resumed at about 3pm or all major road closures on Hong Kong Island are re-opened to vehicular traffic. (D) Extension of Lockhart Road, East Point Road and Great George Street Pedestrian Precinct: Road closure for the pedestrian precinct at Lockhart Road (between Cannon Street and East Point Road), East Point Road and Great George Street (between East Point Road and Paterson Street) will be extended from 0.01am to midnight on February 17. The roads will re-opened to all vehicular traffic from zero hour on February 18. (E) Suspension of Car Parks: The parking spaces at the following locations will be suspended from zero hour to 3pm: 1. Lung King Street; 2. The coach parking spaces at Expo Drive East; and 3. A section of Lockhart Road between Percival Street and Marsh Road. (F) Restriction on access to/exit from carparks and hotels on closed roads: Vehicular access to/from the carparks at Great George Street and Park Lane Hotel will be closed from 7.30am to 2pm. Vehicles parked in carparks within the closed areas will not be permitted to leave the carparks during the road closure period until the roads are re-opened for normal traffic. (G) Suspension of Taxi Stands: The taxi stands at the following locations will be suspended from zero hour to 2pm: 1. Tim Mei Avenue; 2. Expo Drive East; 3. Paterson Street; and 4. Lockhart Road near Cannon Street. (H) Suspension of Public Light Bus Stands: The public light bus stands at the following locations will be suspended from zero hour to 2pm: 1. Sugar Street; and 2. Lockhart Road near Canal Road West. (I) Suspension and Relocation of Green Minibus Bus (GMB) Stands: The GMB stands at the following locations will be suspended/relocated from zero hour to 2pm: 1. Paterson Street; and 2. The GMB stands at Cannon Street and Lochart Road will be relocated to the re-routed Jaffe Road between Cannon Street and Percival Street. (J) Suspension of Bus Stops: The following bus stops will be suspended when the first runner reaches Hong Kong Island from about 7.30am and will be opened once the traffic diversions on Connaught Road Central and Cotton Tree Drive Interchange are lifted at about 2pm: 1. Bus stop outside City Hall, eastbound Connaught Road Central; and 2.Bus stop outside Lippo Centre, southbound Cotton Tree Drive. (K) Relocation of Bus Terminus: The bus terminus at Expo Drive East will be re-located to Wan Chai Ferry Pier Bus Terminus from zero hour to 2pm on February 17. 10 KM Race (A) Road Closures: Depending on the exact finishing time or when situation warrants, the following road closures will be implemented: Phase I - From 2am to about 8.30am: 1. A section of Eastbound Island Eastern Corridor between Victoria Park Road and Tung Hei Road slip road; 2. Hing Fat Street slip road leading to Eastbound Island Eastern Corridor; 3. Man Hong Street slip road leading to Eastbound Island Eastern Corridor; 4. Taikoo Wan Road slip road leading to Eastbound Island Eastern Corridor; and 5. Eastern Harbour Tunnel Exit to Eastbound Island Eastern Corridor. Phase II - from 2am to about 9.30am: 1. A section of westbound Island Eastern Corridor between Nam On Street slip road and Victoria Park Road; 2. Nam On Lane slip road leading to westbound Island Eastern Corridor; 3. Chai Wan Road slip road leading to westbound Island Eastern Corridor; 4. Tai Hong Street slip road leading to westbound Island Eastern Corridor; 5. A section of Lau Li Street between Hing Fat Street and Electric Road; and 4. A section of Tsing Fung Street between Hing Fat Street and Electric Road. Phase IV - From 5am to about 9am: 1. A section of northbound Tai Hang Road Flyover towards westbound Gloucester Road; 2. The fast lane of Great George Street towards southbound Gloucester Road and eastbound Causeway Road; and 3. A section of westbound Island Eastern Corridor between Eastern Harbour Tunnel exit and down ramp slip road leading to Man Hong Street(re-open at 8.15am). Phase V - From 5am to about 2pm: 1. A section of northbound Gloucester Road between the u-turn slip road beneath Tai Hang Road Flyover and Kingston Street; 2. A section of southbound Gloucester Road between the u-turn slip road beneath Tai Hang Road Flyover and Causeway Road; 3. Sugar Street; 4. A section of Paterson Street between Kingston Street and Great George Street; and 5. A section of westbound Kingston Street between Gloucester Road and Paterson Street. (B) Traffic Diversion: Depending on the exact finishing time or when situation warrants, the following road diversion will be implemented: Phase I - From 2am to about 8.30am: 1. Traffic along Victoria Park Road heading for eastbound Island Eastern Corridor and Eastern Harbour Tunnel will be diverted to Gordon Road, Electric Road and Java Road; 2. Traffic along Hing Fat Street heading for Island Eastern Corridor and eastbound Eastern Harbour Tunnel will be diverted to Gordon Road, Electric Road and Java Road; 3. Traffic along Java Road and Man Hong Street for eastbound Island Eastern Corridor and Eastern Harbour Tunnel will be diverted to Java Road and King's Road; 4. Traffic along Taikoo Wan Road for eastbound Island Eastern Corridor will be diverted to King's Road and Shau Kei Wan Road; and 5. Traffic from Eastern Harbour Tunnel exit for eastbound Island Eastern Corridor will be diverted to use Tai On Street and Shau Kei Wan Road. Phase II - From 2am to about 9.30am: 1. Traffic along westbound Island Eastern Corridor will be diverted to Nam On Lane and Shau Kei Wan Road; 2. Traffic along Nam On Lane and Nam Hong Street heading for westbound Island Eastern Corridor will be diverted to westbound Nam On Street, Sun Sing Street and Shau Kei Wan Road; 3. Traffic along Chai Wan Road heading for westbound Island Eastern Corridor will be diverted to Shau Kei Wan Road; 4. Traffic along Tai Hong Street will only be allowed for access to Eastern Harbour Tunnel and Lei King Wan. Traffic heading for westbound Island Eastern Corridor will be diverted to Tai Hong Street, Tai On Street and Shau Kei Wan Road; 5.Traffic along westbound Oi Shun Road for westbound Island Eastern Corridor will be diverted to use Oi Yee Street and Shau Kei Wan Road; 6. Traffic along Hong On Street will be only for access to Eastern Harbour Tunnel. Traffic heading for westbound Island Eastern Corridor will be diverted to westbound Hong On Street and King's Road. Traffic along Hong Yue Street (except those heading to Eastern Harbour Tunnel) will be diverted to westbound Hong On Street only; 7. Traffic along Taikoo Wan Road slip road for westbound Island Eastern Corridor will be diverted to use Taikoo Shing Road and King's Road; 8. Traffic from Eastern Harbour Tunnel exit for westbound Island Eastern Corridor will be diverted to Man Hong Street and King's Road (until 5.30am); 9. Traffic along westbound King's Road slip road junction with Healthy Street Central heading for westbound Island Eastern Corridor will be diverted to westbound King's Road; 10. Traffic along westbound King's Road junction with Tong Shui Road slip road heading for westbound Island Eastern Corridor will be diverted to King's Road; 11. Traffic along Tong Shui Road heading for westbound Island Eastern Corridor will be diverted to use Java Road, Kam Hong Street and King's Road; 12. Traffic along Wharf Road slip road heading for westbound Island Eastern Corridor will be diverted to westbound Wharf Road, North Point Road, Java Road, Tong Shui Road and King's Road; and 13. Traffic along Tsing Fung Street Flyover will be diverted to the slow lane of Victoria Park Road and Gloucester Road service road and may rejoin westbound Gloucester Road for Central and Western District. Phase III - From 4am to about 7am: 1. Traffic along both bounds of King's Road heading for Hing Fat Street will be diverted to eastbound King's Road or westbound Causeway Road; 2. Traffic along eastbound Electric Road will be diverted to turn left into Yacht Street except access for Park Tower; 3. Traffic exiting from Park Tower carpark will be diverted to use the section of Electric Road and Yacht Street; and 4. Traffic along Electric Road for Tsing Fung Street will be diverted to Electric Road and Yacht Street. Phase IV - From 5am to about 9am: 1. Traffic from Eastern Harbour Tunnel exit for westbound Island Eastern Corridor will be diverted to use Tai On Street, Shau Kei Wan Road and King's Road during the closure of Man Hong Street slip road; 2. Traffic along northbound Tai Hang Road Flyover towards westbound Gloucester Road will be diverted to Gloucester Road service road; and 3. Traffic along Great George Street towards southbound Gloucester Road and Tai Hang Road Flyover will be diverted to northbound Gloucester Road and Gloucester Road service road. Phase V - From 5am to about 2pm: 1. Traffic along southbound Causeway Bay Flyover will be diverted to Gloucester Road service road (access to southbound Tai Hang Road Flyover is allowed from 9.30am onwards); 2. Traffic along eastbound Yee Wo Street will be prohibited from turning left onto Sugar Street; 3. Traffic along Paterson Street will be diverted to turn left onto eastbound Kingston Street and northbound Gloucester Road; 4. Traffic along Cleveland Street will be diverted to turn left onto eastbound Kingston Street and northbound Gloucester Road; and 5. Traffic along northbound Tai Hang Road Flyover will be diverted to northbound Gloucester Road at-grade and Gloucester Road service road. (C) Extension of Lockhart Road, East Point Road and Great George Street Pedestrian Precinct: Road closure for the pedestrian precinct at Lockhart Road (between Cannon Street and East Point Road), East Point Road and Great George Street (between East Point Road and Paterson Street) will be extended from zero hour to midnight on February 17. The roads will re-opened to all vehicular traffic from zero hour on February 18. (D) Suspension of parking spaces: All parking spaces (except disabled parking spaces) at Hing Fat Street public carpark will be suspended from 10pm on February 16 to 4pm on February 17. (E) Suspension of Taxi Stands: The following taxi stands will be suspended from 4am to 7am: 1. Electric Road near Yacht Street; and 2. Lau Li Street near Hing Fat Street. (F) Suspension of Tin Hau Public Transport Interchange (PTI): The Tin Hau PTI will be suspended from 4am to 7am. During the period of suspension, the following temporary public transport arrangements will be implemented: 1. GMB Route 49M will omit the routeing via Hing Fat Street, Tin Hau MTR Station, King's Road, Ngan Mok Street and Lau Li Street; 2. GMB Route 39M will be converted to circular route and omit the stop at Tin Hau MTR Station; 3. The terminus of cross-harbour routes 914 and 968 will be relocated to Tung Lo Wan Road opposite to Queen's College; and 4. The terminus of bus route E11 will be relocated to Causeway Road near Queen's College. (G)Suspension of Bus Stops: 1. Bus stop at Hing Fat Street outside Hing Fat Street public carpark will be suspended from 4am to 7am; and 2.
