    The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, will be the reviewing officer tomorrow (February 16) at a passing-out parade of 12 probationary inspectors and 199 recruit constables to be held at the Hong Kong Police College in Aberdeen.

    Media representatives who wish to cover the event are requested to assemble at the Police College at 18 Ocean Park Road, Wong Chuk Hang, at 8.30 am. Information officers of the Police Public Relations Branch will be on hand to assist.
