Police investigate Sheung Shui death

     Police are investigating the death of a man in Sheung Shui this morning (February 19).

     A 37-year-old male staff member of a godown in Kam Tsin Tsuen, Sheung Shui, found a man collapsed on a path near the godown about 8am.

     When Police arrived, they found the man lying unconscious.

The man was subsequently certified dead at the scene. Initial examinations revealed the dead man had sustained head injuries.

     The dead man, believed to be a South Asian, was about 30 and the death is being treated as suspicious. 

     A post-mortem will be conducted tomorrow (February 20) to ascertain the cause of death.

     Investigations by Regional Crime Unit of New Territories North are under way.
