Police to showcase its work at Careers Expo ******************************************* The multi-faceted aspects of Police work will be showcased at the upcoming Education and Careers Expo from tomorrow (February 21) to Sunday. Those who are interested in Police work should not miss the display of the latest information on recruitment and some commonly used equipment at the Police booth. Officers from the Police Recruitment Division will be present to handle recruitment-related enquiries and register applicants on site. Police officers from the Airport Security Unit, Police Dog Unit, Police Tactical Unit, Emergency Unit, Weapons Training Division and Traffic will also be present at different sessions to brief visitors on their areas of work and introduce some of their equipment. Police dogs will be present at two of these sessions. Details are as follows: February 21 (Thursday): morning session - Airport Security Unit afternoon session - Police Dog Unit February 22 (Friday): morning session - Police Tactical Unit (Hong Kong Island) afternoon session - Emergency Unit (Hong Kong Island) February 23 (Saturday): morning session - Police Dog Unit afternoon session - Airport Security Unit February 24 (Sunday): morning session - Weapons Training Division afternoon session - Traffic (Hong Kong Island) Members of the public are welcome to visit the Police booth at the Expo, which will be held in Hall 5 of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and opened from 10.30am to 7pm on February 21; 10am to 7pm on February 22 and 23; and from 10am to 6pm on February 24.
