Appeal for information on fatal traffic accident in Cheung Sha Wan ****************************************************** Police today (February 29) appealed for information on a traffic accident in Cheung Sha Wan on February 4 in which a 64-year-old man was injured and later certified dead in hospital. At about 4.50pm, a light goods vehicle being driven by a 37-year-old man was travelling along Hing Wah Street towards Po On Road. At the junction with Castle Peak Road, the vehicle hit the man who was crossing the road. The man was taken to Caritas Medical Centre and later transferred to Princess Margaret Hospital where he was certified dead at 2.24am on February 24. Investigations by Special Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon West, are under way.
