Police appeal for information on traffic accident in Wong Tai Sin

     Police today (April 3) appealed for information about a traffic accident in Wong Tai Sin on April 1 in which an 82-year-old woman was seriously injured.

     About 5.20pm on April 1, a private car driven by a 26-year-old man was travelling along Sheung Fung Street southbound. On approaching the junction with Fei Fung Street, the car hit an 82-year-old female pedestrian. 

     The woman was seriously injured and taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

     Investigations by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon East are under way.

     Anyone who might have witnessed the accident or who has any information is urged to contact the investigating officers on 2305 7571 or 2305 7500.
