Appeal for identity of elderly injured in traffic accident (with photo) ******************************************************* Police today (April 17) appealed for information on the identity of an elderly man who was injured in a traffic accident in Sham Shui Po in January this year. About 5.40 pm on January 30, a bus travelling along Yu Chau Street hit the man who was crossing the road near Kweilin Street. Sustaining head injuries, he was taken to Caritas Medical Centre for treatment. The man was about 1.5 metres tall and was wearing a dark vest, a green sweater, grey trousers and blue shoes at the time of the accident. Police has failed to confirm his identity as he does not carry an identity card. Initial enquiries revealed that he could only identify himself as "Chan-lam".
