Fatal traffic accident in Tsuen Wan

     Police are investigating a traffic accident in Tsuen Wan today (May 29) in which a 67-year-old man was killed.

    About 6.30pm, a private car driven by a 28-year-old man was travelling along Tsuen King Circuit uphill. It hit the 67-year-old man who was crossing the road outside No. 73 on Tsuen King Circuit.
    
The man, who sustained serious injuries, was rushed to Yan Chai Hospital where he was certified dead at 9.20pm.

The driver was arrested for dangerous driving and he has been released on bail pending further investigations. 

    Investigations will be taken over by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, New Territories South.
