Man charged with obtaining property by deception

	Police today (June 5) charged a 34-year-old man with two counts of obtaining property by deception and one count of resisting arrest.

	Police arrested the 34-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman on Tuesday (June 3) in connection with two deception cases in which victims were allegedly cheated of money by people claiming to be game hostesses for a wedding banquet in late 2007 and also bank staff earlier this year.  

	The man was subsequently charged today and will appear in Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts tomorrow (June 6) while the woman was released on Police bail pending further investigations.
