Police investigate man's death in Aberdeen

Police are investigating the death of a 46-year-old man in Aberdeen this morning (July 15).

Police received a report about 10.20am that a man had been found injured at a house in Pok Fu Lam Tsuen on Pok Fu Lam Road. Officers located the man lying unconscious in the toilet of the house.

The man, with a cut wound in his chest, was sent to Queen Mary Hospital where he was certified dead at 10.42am.

A knife believed to be connected to the case was seized and initial enquiries indicate suspicious circumstances.

A post-mortem will be conducted on the deceased to ascertain the cause of death.

Enquiries by the District Crime Squad of Western District are proceeding.
