A 37-year-old man wanted for blackmail was handed over from the Public Security Bureau (PSB) of Mainland China to Hong Kong Police (HKP) yesterday (July 18).

The man was located by Zhuhai PSB on June 28 this year and was returned to HKP at Huanggang Border Control Point yesterday.
