Motorcyclist killed in Mong Kok traffic accident
************************************************

Police are investigating a traffic accident in which a 27-year-old man was killed in Mong Kok this (August 30) afternoon.

At about 2.50pm, a container truck driven by a 50-year-old man, a motorcycle driven by a 27-year-old man and a medium goods vehicle (MGV) driven by a 30-year-old man were travelling in sequence along West Kowloon Highway towards Western Harbour Crossing. While reaching near Olympic City, the container truck and the motorcycle slowed down because of traffic jam ahead while the MGV failed to do so and rammed onto the motorcycle and pushed it to the container truck.
