A total of 312 persons were injured and one person died in 261 traffic accidents which occurred throughout Hong Kong last week (September 7 to September 13, 2008).

Fifty-one of these accidents occurred on Hong Kong Island, 89 in Kowloon and 121 in the New Territories.
