Appeal for information on body found off Kowloon City Ferry Pier (with photos)

Police today (March 26) appealed to the public for information about the body of a man found in Kowloon City on March 7.

About 8am that day, police received a report that the body of a man was floating off Kowloon City Ferry Pier. The deceased was between 30 and 50 years old, about 1.64 metres tall and of thin build. He had black short hair and was wearing a grey windbreaker, a pair of black sports trousers and white sports shoes.

Initial investigations revealed no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death. No identity card was found at scene.

Anyone who has information on the man's identity or his next of kin is urged to contact officers of Miscellaneous Enquiries Sub-unit of Marine Harbour Division at 2886 8761.
