Appeal for information on missing man in Hung Hom (with photo)

Police today (April 12) appealed for information on a man missing in Hung Hom.

Tsang Fat-chan, 53, left a sheltered workshop on Hung Ling Street on Tuesday (April 7) afternoon and went missing. His social worker made a report to the Police on the next day (April 8).

He is about 1.54 metres tall, weighs about 82kg and of fat build. He has a round face and short straight black hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue shirt and deep blue trousers.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the missing man or who may have seen him is urged to contact the Regional Missing Person Unit of Kowloon West on 2760 5562 or 2760 5564, or any police station.
