Missing man located

Police located a 53-year-old man who was reported missing in Hung Hom on April 8.

The man, Tsang Fat-chan, aged 53, left a sheltered workshop on Hung Ling Street on April 7 afternoon and went missing. His social worker made a report to the Police on the next day (April 8). He was located on Kowloon Road in Cheung Sha Wan yesterday night (April 13).

The man sustained no injury and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
