Police appeal for information on serious traffic
accident in Cheung Sha Wan

Police today (May 13) appealed for information about a traffic accident in Cheung Sha Wan on May 8 in which a 48-year-old woman was seriously injured.

About 7.15pm on that day, a private car driven by a 28-year-old man was travelling east along Nam Cheong Street. Upon approaching outside 338 Nam Cheong Street, the car hit the 48-year-old woman who was crossing the road.

The woman sustained serious head injuries and was taken to Princess Margaret Hospital for medical treatment.

Investigations by the Accident Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon West are under way.
