Appeal for information on woman missing in Chai Wan (with photo)

Police today (June 23) appealed for information on a woman missing in Chai Wan.

Chan Ying-sim, 55, went missing after she received medical treatment in Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital last Friday ( June 19). Staff of the elderly nursing centre in Shau Kei Wan, where she stays, made a report to Police the same day.

She is about 1.58 metres tall and weighs about 54kg. She is of solid build and has a round face, with yellow complexion and straight black hair. She was last seen wearing a grey jacket, black trousers and black shoes.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the missing woman or who may have seen her is urged to contact the Regional Missing Person Unit of Hong Kong Island on 2860 1045 or any police station.
