Police appeal for witnesses to furious driving in Kwun Tong

Police are appealing for witnesses to a furious driving case in Kwun Tong on July 13 in which five drivers were arrested.

About 2.25am on July 13, about 20 cars participated in a suspected illegal racing and travelling at high speed along Tai Po Road, Ching Cheung Road, Lung Cheung Road and Kwun Tong Bypass.

Police received reports and later setup a road-block on Kwun Tong Bypass Mong Kok-bound near Kwun Tong Pier, where five cars were intercepted and five male drivers were arrested for "furious driving".

Investigations by the District Crime Squad of Kwun Tong District are continuing.
