The Family Conflict and Sexual Violence Policy Unit (FCSV) of the Hong Kong Police Force is committed to combat family, domestic & sexual violence, child & elder abuse, and juvenile crime.
FCSV is responsible for policy matters in relation to family violence, domestic violence, sexual violence, child abuse, elder abuse and juvenile crime.
