Under the direct command of Deputy Director 2, there are two divisions, namely Administration and Support Division and Human Resources and Finance Division, to provide centralised management support services to the College.  

Administration and Support Division

The Administration and Support Division is responsible for the College administrative and human resources matters, with particular regard to disciplined staff in the College. The Division is also responsible for marketing the excellence of training services of the Police College through all forms of publication endeavours including the Intranet and Internet websites.

Human Resources and Finance Division

The Human Resources and Finance Division aims to ensure the effective planning and utilisation of human and financial resources available to the College. The Division is responsible for the human resources matters, with particular regard to civilian staff in the College. The Division also provides administrative support to the College in matters relating to establishment and strength, budgeting and finance, procurement, stores and management of facilities.
