Police Operational Learning Division is responsible for the provision of development training programmes on police operational matters which include:
- training on Force computer / information systems;
- PR & media training workshops;
- coordination of language, management, communication, leadership, Basic Law and national studies courses organized by the Civil Service College; and
- administration of and training support for training programmes organized by other police formations.
To achieve excellence in police training, the Division implemented the Training Management System (TMS) in 2008. TMS automates the administration of training programmes and the storage of training records.
