Obtainable during office hours (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., Mondays to Fridays, except Public Holidays) from the General Registry, 14/F, New Territories South Regional Headquarters, 8 Shing Mun Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories [Tel: (852) 3661 1122, Fax: (852) 2641 7407], or from the e-Tender Box of the Procurement and Contract Management System. Tenderers who wish to attend the Site Visit on 21 May 2025 (details in tender documents) should complete and return the Reply Slip attached to the tender documents by fax at 2641 7407 by 5:00 p.m. on 19 May 2025 for arrangement.

Submission of tender and Closing Date:

For paper-based tendering, tenders submitted must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender as indicated above on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department and deposited in Government Logistics Department Tender Box (“Specified Tender Box”) situated on Ground Floor of North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon on 27 June 2025 (Friday) (Hong Kong time). Late tenders and tenders not deposited in the Specified Tender Box will not be accepted.


For electronic tendering, transmission of a tender through the e-Tender Box shall be successfully completed in accordance with the requirements of the e-Tender Box before the tender closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.


In case Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions” announced by the Government is/are in force for any duration between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon (Hong Kong time) on 27 June 2025, the tender closing time will be extended to 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on the following working day on which no Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or the “extreme conditions” announced by the Government is/are in force for any duration between 9.00 a.m. and 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time).


In case of blockage of the public access to the location of the Specified Tender Box at any time between 9.00 a.m. and 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the tender closing date, the Government will announce extension of the tender closing time until further notice. Following removal of the blockage, the Government will announce the extended tender closing time as soon as practicable. The above announcements will be made via press releases on the website of Information Services Department (http://www.info.gov.hk/gia/general/today.htm).

Open tendering is adopted. All interested contractors/ suppliers/service providers are invited to tender.


This tender is covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization and will not involve electronic auction. This notice also serves as a summary notice required under the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization.


The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region does not bind itself to accept the tender with the highest combined score or any tender, and reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer about the terms of the offer.
